Resolution Summation

Escalation Procedures

If any case has not been solved [closed] within 5 business days it is automatically sent to the Technical Services Manager for further handling and resolution. The manager determines within 24 hours if the situation can be resolved at his level or it is sent to engineering for further resolution. Any case not solved within 14 days comes to the attention of senior management for review.
