RAID Acquires Certain Assets of ZZYZX Corporation

Lawrence, MA -RAID, Incorporated, a leading storage technology and services provider, announced today that it has executed an agreement to acquire certain assets of ZZYZX Corporation and is offering continued service to qualified ZZYZX customers.

RAID, in acquiring these assets, is in a position to offer qualified ZZYZX customers a single point of contact for continuing service of their existing investment.

“Over the last few months RAID has worked extremely hard with key ZZYZX vendors and certain affiliates to offer what we believe is a best case scenario for the ZZYZX customer base. We look forward to helping from a support and service level as much as possible,” stated Marc DiZoglio, EVP of RAID.

Customers who purchased from ZZYZX in the past can now have qualified products serviced by RAID, Inc. These customers must fill out a simple registration form and provide proof of purchase via invoice to qualify for support and RMA logistics which RAID will provide at no charge. “This offering helps the manufacturers, customers and streamlines the entire process associated with the situation that ZZYZX customers now face,” continued DiZoglio.

The transaction was finalized on April 10, 2006, as a result, RAID is now offering (800) phone support during normal business hours and will provide free logistical services which include RMA processing and tracking. ZZYZX customers will also have access to RAID’s new self-service portal upon request.

How to register your products:
Customers who procured ZZYZX products may register their assets from the main RAID site at www.raidinc.com. A simple form will be filled out for registration and proof of purchase can either be sent electronically and or by fax to 978-683-6656. The client will then receive a confirmation of acknowledgement shortly after submission.
