Sumner Tunnel to downtown Boston
Once through tunnel, take right up ramp to Expressway North.
Stay on I-93 North for approximately 20 miles to Exit 46 (Lawrence/Dracut:Rt. 110; Rt. 113).
At bottom of exit ramp, travel halfway around rotary; bear right onto Rt. 113 toward Dracut.
Take first right onto Branch Street - Valley Office Park.

From New Hampshire:

I-93 South to Exit 46 (Rt. 110 Lowell / Rt. 113 West - Dracut).
At bottom of exit ramp, take first right off rotary (Rt. 113 toward Dracut).
